We do not currently offer returns or refunds on any orders.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your size, our exchange policy allows you to exchange any full-price items within 14 days from dispatch.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Important Exchange Information:

• Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
• We strongly advise obtaining a tracking number for your return.
• SALMA TAHIR is not responsible for exchanges that fail to reach us.
• Once received in perfect condition, exchanges are processed within 7 days.

Exchange Requirements

Pre-Order Exchanges

Pre-order items are subject to the same exchange policy. Since pre-order items are made to order, exchanges are only available for size changes on the same style. Please contact us before initiating an exchange for a pre-order item.
